As a freshman: Competed in seven different events in her first year with the Bulldogs ... Recorded season-best swims in the 100 breast, 200 breast and 200 back at the NEC Championships ... Began her collegiate career with a sixth-place finish in the 100 back vs. Boston College (Oct. 14) ... Swam a season-best time of 1:13.03 in the 100 back against Siena (Nov. 12) ... Earned a pair of sixth-place finishes in the 200 back against Wagner (Oct. 15) and vs. Providence (Nov. 9).

Before Bryant: A 2011 graduate from Northern Valley-Demarest High School ... Earned a varsity letter during all four seasons on the girl's swimming team ... Also a three-year letterwinner in girl's tennis.

Personal: The daughter of John and Lucy, Alexa Clair Czerny was born April 27, 1993 ... Has one brother, Matthew, and one sister, Camille ... Both siblings were varsity swimmers at their respective colleges ... Camille was a four-year member of the Babson College women's swimming team, while Matthew swam for two seasons at Boston College.
