As a freshman: Put together a strong rookie season for the Black and Gold in 2012-13 ... Competed in nine different events for the Bulldogs throughout the year ... Excelled at the NEC Championships, finishing in the top eight in each of her three events ... Won a silver medal in the 400 IM and set a school-record with a time of 4:24.53 ... Also finished fifth in the 200 fly (2:05.81) and eighth in the 500 free (4:59.23) ... Started her career on the right foot, winning the 1000 free in her first collegiate meet against Boston College ... Finished second in the 500 free and the 200 IM against the Eagles ... Earned her other first-place finish in the 400m free against Providence.
