Abernethy named NEC Diver of the Week

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Bryant University women's swimming and diving sophomore Kelci Abernethy (Chandler, Ariz.) has been named the Northeast Conference Diver of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday.

Abernethy picks up her second weekly honor of the season and the seventh of her career after a strong performance in a tri-meet with Central Connecticut and Wagner. She won the 3-meter dive with a score of 259.15 points and finished second in the 1-meter dive with a score of 242.65 points.
