Bulldogs welcome seven from women's Class of 2024
Smithfield, R.I. – The Bryant University swimming and diving team welcomes seven women that will be a part of the Bulldogs class of 2024.
The class of 2024 features one diver and six swimmers from Connecticut, New Jersey, Minnesota, the Virgin Islands, and Sweden.
Madeline Condon – Backstroke | Manasquan, N.J. | Trinity Hall
Five-time state champion and holds the record in the 200 free relay at Trinity Hall… Five-time sectional qualifier and a three-time futures qualifier… Made the first-team All-Shore three years in a row.
Personal: Daughter of Kelly and Mike Condon… Has three brothers.
Rose Cunningham – Diving | Middletown, Conn. | Middletown High School
Made the second team All-Conference and was on the All-Academic team four years straight… Named team captain in 2019… Posted personal bests of 198 (six dives) and 334 (11 dives) in the one-meter dive… Honor Roll Student.
Personal: Daughter of Amy and Daniel Cunningham… Has two brothers.
Faith Gambardella – Freestyle | Wallingford, Conn. | Lyman High School
Made the State Open qualifiers from 2016-2018… Went undefeated during the 2018-2019 season in Division II Class L… Set school records in the 200 medley and free relays… Named to the All-Star team in 2018… Honor Roll student all four years.

Natalia Kuipers – Free/Fly | St. Croix, Virgin Islands | St. Croix Country Day School
Swam in the Junior Worlds in Indianapolis, Worlds in Korea, and the Worlds in China… Participated in the Youth Olympic Games in Argentina... Also competed at the Pan Am Games in Peru… Won the gold medal three times in the 200 fly at the CARTIFA Championships… Set VI records in the 400 and 1500 Free… Named to Academic Honor Roll.
Personal: Daughter of Anton and Kelly Kuipers… Has one brother.
Julia Stenhård – Back/Fly | Rydebäck, Sweden | Filbornaskolan
In 2018, she won two gold medals in the Swedish Junior Nationals in the 50 and 100 Back in LCM… During the 2019 season, Stenhård set the Swedish Junior record in the 200 medley relay and participated in the Nordic Championships where she captured two silver medals and one bronze medal.
Personal: Daughter of Martin and Zenitha Stenhård… Has one sister.
Jillian Stevens – Free/Back | Cheshire, Conn. | Cheshire High School
Helped her team win the SCC Championships from 2016-2019… Named to the All-SCC team in 2017-2019 and was a member of the All-State team in 2018 and 2019… Won the team Class L Championships in 2017 and 2018… Placed first in the team Class LL Championships in 2019… As a member of the Sea Dog Swim Club, she won the Most Improved award in 2017 and 2018… Received the honor of the SCC All-American team for four consecutive years (2016-2019).
Personal: Daughter of Wendy and Travis Stevens… Has three sisters and one brother.
Amelia Berg – Breaststroke | St. Paul, Minn. | Hill-Murray School
Holds the school records in the 100 Breast, 200 medley relay, and 400 free relay at the Hill-Murray School… Qualified for the Minnesota state finals in the 100 Breast during her junior and senior year… Participated in the Junior Nationals… Member of the National Honors Society and made the Honor Roll.
Personal: Daughter of Laura and George Berg… Has one sister.
