CUMBERLAND, R.I. -- The Bryant University women's tennis team defeated Brandeis, 7-0, on Sunday afternoon at Fore Court in Cumberland. 

Bryant has now won back-to-back matches and is 3-1 in the spring season.

How it Happened

  • Bryant swept the doubles point thanks to a great effort from Sarah Hickey and Natalia Vela at No. 3 doubles. The duo was able to come away with a 7-6 victory.
  • The Black and Gold then won all six singles matches in straight sets. 
  • Lisa Marie Dugec had a dominating 6-0, 6-1 victory at No. 5, while Olivia Rondini won 6-0, 6-2 at No. 4.
