Women's Tennis falls to Siena, 4-3

LATHAM, N.Y. -- The Bryant University women's tennis team suffered a 4-3 setback to Siena on Saturday afternoon.

How it Happened

  • Bryant opened strong, sweeping doubles play to grab the first point of the match. 
  • Four of the six singles matches went to tiebreaks.
  • The Saints were able to pick up victories at No. 1, No. 2, No. 4 and No. 6. The victories at 1, 2 and 6 came in three-set tiebreaks.
  • Bryant picked up victories at 3 and 5. 
  • Aurora Pedwell won 6-4, 4-6, 10-7, while Maria Jose Hernandez Diaz won 6-4, 7-5 at 5.
