Ward named to 2017 Ultra Ankle JVA All-National Team

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Bryant University incoming freshman libero Erika Ward (Rochester, Mich.) has been named to the 2017 Ultra Ankle JVA All-National Team.

The award recognizes the nation's top players who compete on Junior Volleyball Association (JVA) clubs for their outstanding achievement on the court.

Ward is one of 21 players selected by the JVA Awards Committee to represent the Class of 2017 and is one of just five liberos chosen. Other winners have committed to programs such as Oregon State, Kentucky, Texas, Nebraska, Duke and Minnesota, among others.

Ward is one of three incoming freshmen set to join the Bulldogs this fall.
