Kennedy earns NEC Player of the Month

SOMERSET, N.J. – Junior Caroline Kennedy earned Northeast Conference Player of the Month honors as announced Monday by the conference office.

Despite dropping to Providence in the season opener, Kennedy produced a career-high 21 kills and a hitting percentage of .283. She finished the game with three assists, four blocks, and eight digs. She currently leads the conference in kills per set (5.25), and points per set (6.00), and ranks second in attacks per set (11.50).

The Bulldogs kick of NEC play tonight when they host Merrimack for a doubleheader beginning at 5 p.m. on NEC Front Row.
