Ugolini, Smith Named to CSC Academic All-District Team

SMITHFIELD, R.I.- Junior Morgan Smith and sophomore Arianna Ugolini of the Bryant University volleyball team have been named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team for 2023.

Smith has achieved a 3.89 GPA as a Marketing major at Bryant. She has previously been named to the NEC and America East Academic Honor Roll. She also performed well on the court, posting 161 kills, 82 blocks, and 29 service aces in her junior campaign.

Ugolini posted a 3.95 GPA as a Business major and also recieved First Team All-Conference Honors from the America East. The sophomore transfer capped off her first season in Smithfield with 380 kills, 257 digs, and a league leading 48 service aces. Ugolini was also named Conference Player of the Week on two separate occasions.
