Before Bryant: A 2012 graduate of Northwestern Regional, Tuxbury was a four-year letterwinner in cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field ... Earned all-state recognition in each of her four years of high school ... Won the 2011 Class M cross country state championship ... Runner-up in the state meet in both 2008 and 2010 ... Finished second in the State Open during her senior season in 2011 ... Also earned All-New England status in cross country her final three years ... Excelled on the track as well, earning three all-state honors in her high school career ... Won the Connecticut 2K steeple title as a senior ...
