Tellier named to NEC All-Rookie Team

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Bryant University freshman Noah Tellier (North Kingstown, R.I.) was named to the Northeast Conference All-Rookie team, the league announced on Tuesday.

Tellier enjoyed success as a freshman, finishing as the first or second Bryant runner in six of the program's seven races this season.

His best overall finish came in the Bryant-hosted Nassaney Invitational, where Tellier finished 13th overall with a time of 26:58.8 in the 8K race. In the NEC Championship meet, Tellier finished 19th with a time of 27:06.3.

Other members of the NEC All-Rookie team include CCSU's Jonathan Gill and Charles Taubl, Mount St. Mary's Isaac Kole, Sacred Heart's Moetiz Shilleh, and Saint Francis U's Colin Kelly and Ian Gabig.
