When asked about what Fox will bring to Bryant, Coach Switzer said "Coach Fox's dedication towards individuals and personal connection aligns great with our goals as a program and really stood out. She not only will be great for the distance runners in our program, but a great coach for the entire team."

Whatley, ran for Ithaca College in cross country as well as track and field where he primarily competed in mid-distance events. The marketing and sports management major from Cockeysville, Maryland is set to pursue his MBA over his next two years with Bryant.

Coach Switzer commented on Whatley's addition to the coaching staff as well saying, "As a recent student-athlete at Ithaca, Coach Whatley brings a great perspective to our staff. He's going to help tremendously with our day-to-day operations on and off the track, and I'm eager to continue his learning and growth in the profession."

Bryant is set to begin its second season competing in the America East Conference. Coach Switzer expressed his excitement over the hires stating "We didn't just find great coaches, but more importantly great people to help guide our program."
