Bryant downs CCSU, 9-4, on Friday
SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Coleman Picard struck out six over 4.0 scoreless innings and the Bryant University baseball team used a pair of four-run innings to earn an 9-4 win over Central Connecticut on Friday afternoon at Conaty Park.
With the win, the Bulldogs improve to 23-18 overall on the year. Bryant and CCSU will wrap up their home-and-home on Saturday in New Britain.
John Hosmer led the offense with three RBI, while Zac Zyons went 3-for-5 with two RBI and two runs scored.
