As a freshman: Appeared in all 11 games in his first season in Smithfield ... Emerged as a key component of the Bulldogs defense ... Finished with 19 tackles, 3.5 sacks and eight tackles for a loss ... Recorded a sack in three-straight games beginning Oct. 22 and ending Nov. 12 ... Registered a season-best two sacks vs. Saint Francis (PA) on Nov. 12, with his second sack sealing the Bulldogs victory ... Also had a season-best five tackles in that game vs. the Red Flash ... Collected a tackle in 10 of the 11 games he competed in.

Before Bryant:  Three-year starting defensive end and long snapper for Coach John Fiore at Reading Memorial High School … Team posted a 36-2 record during those three season, winning the state championship as a junior in 2009 and reaching the finals again in 2010 ...
