WILLADSEN AND WOODSON SHARE THEIR THOUGHTS ON SPRING PRACTICE

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University football team is two weeks into its spring practice schedule and is working towards opening day on September 1 against Marist.

The Bulldogs lost three starting linemen from last year's team that led the way for junior running back Jordan Brown (Glastonbury, Conn.). Junior Chris Willadsen (South Windsor, Conn.) will be a senior in the fall and is one of the most experienced returners on the offensive line.

Defensively, the Bulldogs graduated all three of their linebackers but do return three quarters of their secondary. Sophomore Jeremy Woodson (Houston, Texas), a Second Team All-NEC selection last year, will join Michael Johnson (New Market, Md.) and Max Machado (Berkeley Heights, N.J.) in a very experienced defensive secondary.
