Full Release

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Redshirt sophomore Jean Constant (Delray Beach, Fla.) was named a Third Team All-American by STATS FCS on Tuesday afternoon.

Constant, who was also named an All-American by Phil Steele last week, is the first kick returner in program history to earn All-American honors. He is the first Bulldog to earn All-American accolades from STATS FCS.

He returned 36 kicks for a program-record 989 yards and two touchdowns, posting return scores of 100 and 86.

Constant was a First Team All-NEC return specialist, a Second Team All-ECAC return specialist, and a Second Team All-NEC wide receiver. He was also a two-time STATS FCS Honorable Mention National Special Teams Player of the Week. One of Bryant's top three receivers, he posted 48 catches for 594 yards and seven touchdowns, finishing the season with 10 total touchdowns.
