Bryant hosts SFU on Family & Friends Weekend

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University football team welcomes Saint Francis U to Beirne Stadium on Family and Friends Weekend. Kickoff is set for 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Saturday's game will be streamed for free of charge on NECFrontRow.com.

• The Red Flash, however, have won six of the last eight, including a 16-6 victory in 2019.

• Bryant enters the weekend with an even 3-3 record following a 39-34 setback at Duquesne last Saturday. 
• The Bulldogs are 1-1 in NEC play, while SFU and Duquesne are both 2-0. 
• Bryant has scored 30+ points in three-straight games for the first time since 2017. 
• Zevi Eckhaus was named the NEC Rookie of the Week after completing 25-of-41 passes for 311 yards and two scores.
• He's now thrown for 300+ yards in back-to-back games and has 1,163 passing yards on the year.
• Daniel Adeboboye became the first Bulldog since 2017 to score three touchdowns in a game. He scored twice on the ground and caught a touchdown pass.
• Adeboboye is tied for 9th all-time with 14 career rushing touchdowns. 
• David Zorrilla posted his first-career 100-yard receiving game last week, finishing with five catches for 115 yards. He has set career-highs in receiving yards in back-to-back weeks.
• Fabrice Mukendi scored a rushing touchdown for the fourth-straight week and leads the NEC with five rushing scores. 
• Mukendi also posted his first-career 100-yard rushing game, finishing with 111 yards on 14 carries.
• Joe Andreessen posted 9.0 tackles and also intercepted his first-career pass against the Dukes. 
• Andreessen and Ryan Saddler have combined for 100.0 tackles on the year and are both ranked in the top five in the NEC in tackles.
• Bryant's defense has posted eight takeaways this season.  

A bit about the Red Flash

• Saint Francis U enters the weekend at 3-3 overall and 2-0 in NEC play. The Red Flash have defeated Wagner and Long Island in NEC play, scoring 55 points last weekend against the Sharks.
• The Red Flash are averaging 164 yards per game on the ground this season. They've rushed for 230 and 220 yards, respectively, in each of their last two games.
• SFU uses a pair of quarterbacks, with Jyron Russell and Justin Sliwoski combining for 11 touchdowns and four interceptions. 
• Kahtero Summers has 27 catches for 414 yards and five scores on the year.
• Martin Foray Jr. leads the team with 53 tackles, while Donnell Brown has 5.0 sacks and 8.5 TFLs.
