Bryant closes season at Robert Morris on Saturday
SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University football team wraps up the 2022 season on Saturday at Robert Morris. Kickoff is set for 12:00 p.m.

Series History
- Bryant and Robert Morris will be meeting for the 13th time in program history. The Bulldogs own a 9-3 lead in the all-time series.

Bulldogs Notes and Notables
- Bryant enters the week at 3-7 overall following a 36-29 loss to No. 5 Holy Cross last Saturday. This Saturday's game will mark the final Big South game for the Black and Gold this year.
- Bryant is averaging 33.1 ppg, which is the second-most points per game in a single season in program history.
- Joe Andreessen, a member of the Buck Buchanan Award Watch List, ranks third nationally with 11.1 tackles per game. He has posted 10+ tackles in nine of 10 games. Andreessen posted 11.0 tackles and 4.0 TFLs last Saturday, setting the single-season tackle record in the process. He now has 111.0 on the year.
- Zevi Eckhaus enters Saturday ranked fourth nationally in passing yards per game (287.7) and fourth in total offense (303.6). His 2,887 passing yards are a career-high and are the second-most in a single season in program history. Eckhaus also has 22 touchdown passes on the season.
- Anthony Frederick enters the week with 1,517 career receiving yards, one of only five players in school history to reach that mark.
- Landon Ruggieri leads the team with 88.4 receiving yards per game and 884 total receiving yards. That total is fifth in school history. Ruggieri also has 57 catches, the third-most in a season.
- Ruggieri has posted four 100-yard games this season, including a career-high 169 yards on a career-high 10 catches at Gardner-Webb.
- Ryan Saddler has posted 87.0 tackles this year, four shy of tying his career high of 91.0 set last fall. He has added 10.5 TFLs.
- Jihad Edmond caught four passes for 51 yards and two TDs last week at Holy Cross. He now has a team-high five receiving TDs.
A bit about the Colonials
- Robert Morris enters the final week of the season at 0-10 overall and 0-4 in the Big South.
- The Colonials are coming off a 27-9 loss to Murray State last weekend.
- The Colonials are averaging just 10.3 ppg and allowing 34.2 ppg.
- Alijah Jackson was a preseason All-Big South RB and has 426 yards on 132 carries.
- Joe Casale leads the defense with 76.0 tackles.
