Eckhaus Named FCS Sophomore All-American

SMITHFIELD, R.I.- Bryant football's Zevi Eckhaus has been named a Sophomore All-American by HERO Sports. He is one of six quarterbacks at the FCS level to receive the honor.

Eckhaus started all 11 games this season for the Bulldogs, completing 253 of 416 passes for 3,228 yards and 26 touchdowns. He led the Big South in total completions, total yards, yards per game, and touchdowns, and set a program record with 3,393 total yards of offense. He also led a Bryant offense that paced the Big South with 33.3 points per game and ranked second in touchdowns and total points. 

Eckhaus adds to his postseason hardware, having already been named to the All-Big South second team this year.
