Matthew Russell begins his second season as a quality control coach at Bryant. He is working with the offensive line.

Russell teamed with Steve Ciocci to help the Black and Gold produce one of the best offensive seasons in program history in 2022. The Bulldogs set a program record for total offense and finished with the second-most points per game in school history. Jamichael Watts was named All-Big South, while Watts, Trevor Smith and Ahmad Assad all earned Phil Steele All-Big South honors.
