THE SERIES
Boston U owns a 4-1 lead in the all-time series between the two schools. The Terriers won 13-8 last season in Boston. That game featured a second-half snow squall that made the field a snow globe.
SCOUTING BOSTON
Boston University is receiving votes in this week's national polls. The Terriers won the Patriot League last season, advancing to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history.

- The Bulldogs opened their season last Saturday with a 15-14 victory over Providence.
- Timmy Hackett (3g, 1a), Johnny Hackett (3g, 1a) and Jack Lonsinger (3g) all recorded hat tricks for the Black and Gold.
- Kevin Groeninger recorded a career-high five points to lead the offense.
- Johnny Hackett earned America East Rookie of the Week honors.
- Jacob Alexander and Nathan Laliberte combined to win 23-of-33 faceoffs. Each finished with seven ground balls.
- Teagan Alexander earned his first collegiate victory between the pipes.
