As a senior: Competed in four events in 2017-18. 

Indoor - Competed in the 60m, 200m, and shot put ... Posted best times at 8.29 in the 60m and 27.89 in the 200m ... Posted best throw at 6.32m in shot put.

Outdoor - Competed in the 100 and 200m ... Posted best times at 13.16 in the 100m and 27.45 in the 200m. 

As a junior: Competed as a sprinter in 2016-17.

Indoor - Posted a top time of 8.35 in the 60m ... Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll.

Outdoor - Posted top times of 13.14 in the 100 and 28.37 in the 200 ... Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll.

As a sophomore: Put together a solid debut season as a Bulldog in 2015-16.

Indoor - Competed in the 60m and the 200m ... Posted top times of 8.32 in the 60 and 28.08 in the 200 ... Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll.

Outdoor - Competed in the 100m, 200m and 400m ... Posted top times of 13.29 in the 100, 27.34 in the 200 and 1:08.87 in the 400 ... Member of 4x100 relay that set school record ... Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll.

As a freshman (at Emmanuel College): Competed one season for the Saints in 2013-14 ... Competed in both indoor and outdoor seasons and qualified for the DIII New England's in the 200m Indoor, as well as the 4x100m Outdoor ... Received the Unsung Hero Award her freshman season at Emmanuel.

Before Bryant:  A four-year varsity letterwinner at Woburn Memorial High School ... Captained her outdoor track and field team ... A three-time state qualifier and a national qualifier as a senior ... Middlesex League All-Star in the 100m in 2011, 2012 and 2013 ... Middlesex League All-Star in the 55m as a senior ... Middlesex League All-Star in the 4x100 in 2010 and 2013 ... Member of school record teams in the 4x100, 4x200 (outdoor) and 4x200 (indoor) ... Earned Coaches Award in 2013 ... Graduated Suma Cum Laude.

Personal: The daughter of Janet Meisse and Robert Gay, Shannon Gay was born on July 14, 1995 ... Has one sister, Megan.
