Bulldogs rival Mountaineers Friday at 3 p.m.

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Coming off an overtime win, the Bryant University women's soccer team returns to Smithfield to take on Mount St. Mary's on Friday, Oct. 16 at 3 p.m.

In their latest match against Robert Morris, freshman Alison Guilmette (Coventry, R.I.) notched the game-winning goal for the Bulldogs (4-9-1, 3-1) in the first overtime period.

The Mountaineers (2-12-1, 1-2-1) are also coming off a conference victory, having defeated LIU Brooklyn, 3-0, at home. On the other hand, the Mountaineers struggle on the road, losing all six of their visiting matches thus far.

The Mount is led offensively by senior Emma Blair and freshman Jenna West, who have each tallied three goals and two assists respectively. The Mountaineers are backed in net by three different keepers, but senior Rachel Bourne has seen the majority of time, logging 58 saves in 12 games.

Senior Scout Benson (Lynnfield, Mass.) remains atop the Bulldogs' points-chart, recording three from one goal and one assist. Keeper Kaylan Conrad (Avon, Conn.) remains between the pipes, after advancing her shutouts total to three, after last week's 1-0 victory over Robert Morris.

The match is set to kick off at 3 p.m. on Friday. Fans can follow along with live stats at bryantbulldogs.com or watch the live broadcast at necfrontrow.com
