Volleyball to close out regular season at UNH

SMITHFIELD, R.I.- The Bryant women's volleyball team will conclude their regular season this Friday when they travel to Durham to take on the University of New Hampshire. The Wildcats were the final team to qualify for the America East Championship and will join the Bulldogs along with UMBC and Binghamton.

Series History:

  • After beating them in four sets earlier this season, the Bulldogs improved to 5-12 all-time against the Wildcats. Bryant will be looking to pick up its first win in Durham in over a decade. Their last road win came on September 20th, 2011 where they won 3-1.

Bulldog Notes and Notables

  • Arianna Ugolini enters Friday as the America East player of the week. In her previous two matches she posted career highs in kills with 22 vs Binghamton and 26 against NJIT. She ranks 3rd in the America East in total kills and leads the conference in service aces with 47 (17th in NCAA).

  • Carolina Camacho was named conference setter of the week after recording a career high 32 assists against NJIT on Sunday. She ranks second in the America East with 605 assists. She recently eclipsed 1000 career assists last Friday against Binghamton

  • Josie Deluga leads the conference in digs this season with 401. She is the first America East player to reach 400 digs in 2023.

  • Brookelyn Talmadge improves to 3rd best in the conference for blocks with 85.

  • Morgan Smith's .300 hitting percentage is the second best in the league.

Scouting the Wildcats

  • Hannah Serbousek leads the Wildcats in kills with 241(6th best in America East).

  • Camryn Honn has posted a team high 407 assists which is good for 5th best in the conference.

  • Alysa Wright has the 3rd best hitting percentage in the America East at .297. She also is 4th in blocks with 84.

  • Ezgi Karabulut leads UNH with 25 service aces.

  • Avery LePore is 2nd in the America East with 363 digs this year.
