As a sophomore: Set a plethora of personal-bests during his sophomore season.

Indoor – Competed in six meets for the Bulldogs … Set personal-bests in the 5000m (16:34.00), 3000m (9:19.36), and the mile (4:38.42) during the 2020 indoor season … Finished ninth at the Gordon Kelly Invitational in the 5000m with a time of 16:34.00 … Named to the winter and spring NEC Academic Honor Roll.

As a freshman: Enjoyed a successful rookie season as a long-distance runner.  

Indoor – Finished just outside the top-10 in the mile run at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championship with a personal-best time of 4:47.04 … Posted a PR of 9:23.31 in the 3000m run at the URI Tribute to Bill Falk.

Outdoor – Finished fourth at the Skyhawk Invitational in the 5000m with a time of 16:10.36 … Set a personal-best of 16:07.62 in the 5000m at the UMass Minuteman Invitational.

Before Bryant: A four-year varsity letter-winner in cross country and outdoor track ... Helped his cross country team become NE qualifiers as a senior ... Also helped his track team become state champions as a junior ...  Finished sixth in the state of Vermont for 1500 as a senior ... Member of FBLA ... High Honors. 

Personal: Son of Mark and Lisa Avery ... Has one brother, Ty.
