As a junior: Ran in the 60, 200, 300, 400, and 4x400. 

Indoor – Ran in eight meets for the Black & Gold during the 2019-20 indoor season … Started the season with a personal-best in the 300m with a time of 37.86 … Helped the 4x200 team rank fourth all-time in Bryant’s Top-10 Record Book with a time of 1:32.26 which placed the team fourth overall at the Dartmouth Relays … Crossed the finish line at 52.72 for a season-best in the 400m at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic … Placed sixth overall in the 60m at the Bates Invitational with a time of 7.46.

As a sophomore: Had solid sophomore season as a sprinter.

Indoor – Competed in the 60, 200, 400, and 4x400 … Set a PR of 7.42 in the 60m and 51.80 in the 400m … Helped 4x400 team to a first-place finish at the Bates Invitational with a time of 3:31.52.

Outdoor – Sprinted in the 100, 200, 400, and 4x100 … Set new personal-bests in the 100 with a time of 11.61, 23.00 in the 200m, and 50.30 in the 400m.

As a freshman: Competed in three events in 2017-18.

Indoor - Competed in the 200m, 300m, and 400m. Posted best times at 23.38 in the 200m, 38.55 in the 300m, and 52.75 in the 400m. 

Outdoor - Competed in the 200m and 400m. Posted best times at 23.29 in the 200m and 51.73 in the 400m. 

Before Bryant: A four-year varsity letterwinner at Plymouth North … Four-time Patriot League All-Star in indoor and outdoor track … 2016 Patriot League MVP in indoor track … 2017 Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic for indoor track … Part of school records in the 4x200, sprint medley relay and the 4x100 relay … Patriot League Scholar Athlete Award … Also earned two varsity letters in football … National Honor Society.

Personal: The son of Jose and Tamera Pestana … Has a brother, Matt, and two sisters, Renee and Amber.
